Terms and Conditions.
Please make sure you read the following prior to booking. By using the services of Brittany McIntosh Makeup Artist (ABN 19 567 249 013) you (the client) agree to the terms and conditions listed here. Brittany McIntosh Makeup Artist reserves the right to change and/or remove these terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
DEPOSITS
A $30 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure an appointment, proof of transaction/payment receipt must be emailed to [email protected] in order to secure your booking. The remaining balance ($70) is to be paid at the time of a appointment in cash payment (bank transfer will be accepted prior to your appointment with proof of transaction/payment receipt).
PHOTOGRAPHS & VIDEOS
Brittany McIntosh reserves the right to take photos and/or videos of all makeup before/during/after the application, and may use such content for promotional for promotional and/or commercial uses, unless otherwise stated by the client.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event that a cancellation needs to be made it is the clients responsibility to notify Brittany McIntosh at the earliest convenience. Cancellations made within 1 week of appointment time will automatically forfeit deposit, cancellations made outside of this time will be giving the opportunity to reschedule based on availability. No shows/ failure provide notice of cancellation will not be allowed any future bookings.
SKIN ALLERGIES/ CONDITIONS & SICKNESS
It is the responsibility of the client to disclose any skin allergies/conditions to Brittany McIntosh prior to booking. In no event shall Brittany McIntosh have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages characterized by prior/underlying skin allergies/conditions for example eczema, sensitive skin and eyes. In circumstances where contagious conditions/sickness is present (eg. cold sores, conjunctivitis, gastro) Brittany McIntosh reserves the right to refuse the clients service/ cancel appointment.
ADDITIONAL FEES/ CHARGES
A $10 surcharge applies to all applications on public holidays. The surcharge will be added to your outstanding balance and is to be paid at the time of your appointment unless otherwise stated by Brittany.
